TuoAgente AI is a brand in the Fabbrica AI ecosystem. The supplier is R.A.M.S. — FABBRICA AI. The contract is concluded when payment is confirmed and a summary is sent on a durable medium.
Products, price and scope
Price, currency, taxes, included items and exclusions are shown before purchase. VPS, AI models, APIs, domains and external licences are excluded unless expressly stated.
Digital content and services
First Agent is a DIY digital product. Other plans are defined-scope services and delivery periods begin after complete requirements are received. Sensitive actions require human approval.
Withdrawal
Consumers generally have 14 days where EU rules apply. For immediate digital content or services started during that period, any loss or limitation of withdrawal requires express request and acknowledgement where required by law.
